Seeking to encourage fair and equitable work conditions in the cultural field, they have regularly provided expertise on curatorial and critical affairs, including knowledge building, ethical governance, strategy development, inclusive management, and greater diversity within sectoral art workers’ organisations in Austria, France, Norway and Sweden, and as part of government advisory groups in France.

They have run professional workshops with a view to repositioning curatorial and art workers’ practices through the commons, among which Curatorial Practices and Radical Alliances: Commoning Towards Transnational Solidarity as part of the Curatorial Tipping Points symposium organised by the Austrian Association of Curators at Salzburger Kunstverein in Salzburg, Austria, Performativity of Rights and Commonality of Practices: Transforming Labour through Solidarity as part of the Total Value: Balancing Passion and Financial Realities in Curatorial Work symposium organised by The Swedish Association of Curators at Kin Museum of Contemporary Art in Kiruna, Sápmi and Sweden and Mutual Aid and Contemporary Aesthetic Practices: Words Ideas and Forms of Commonality as part of the  international symposium on cancellation and censorship in the cultural field Cancel Culture Club & Spa at Nitja Centre for Contemporary Art in Lillestrøm, Norway in 2024.

They successfully campaigned with fellow curators for the inclusion of exhibitions as an intellectual work in the French Intellectual Property Code and for the introduction of curators’ rights in work contracts between independent curators and institutions.

They serve as a board member of AAC – Austrian Association of Curators, where they are in charge of international affairs and governance. They are also a member of AICA – International Association of Art Critics, AWI – Art Workers Italy, CAAP – French Multidisciplinary Committee for Artists and Authors, CEA – French Association of Curators and IKT – International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art.
